Hopped in my uber-craft.

I always have ideas that I wonder are a bit too weird to share. Most times, that'll stop me from doing certain projects in fear that it'll be misunderstood. I have to remind myself that it doesn't matter if people understand; my ideas are forms of expression and I would be doing God + myself a disservice to not share them. I've always wanted to experiment with body paint; specifically green since it's my favorite color. I found the perfect shade online and just decided to go for it.

When painting my body, I was a bit nervous because I had no real plan or prior experience on how to execute my idea. But once I saw how I looked painted all green, the nerves were gone! OMG, I felt amazing! I'm usually shy in front of the camera, since I'm normally behind, but with this new look...it was a disguise that gave me an other-worldly confidence. I felt as if I snuck out of the house, hopped in an UberCraft and visited Earth for a cute little party before my parents made it back home.

I will most likely play with body paint again in the future and hopefully film my process so I can get more behind the scenes. I had a lot of fun getting out of my comfort zone for a bit and being a little alien model for the day.

Moral of the story...when you have an idea that is a bit unconventional....Do it anyway, no matter who's watching.
